RPM Insurance Agency will be primarily working remotely starting March 18th, 2020 but our hours of operations will remain Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. We will be monitoring our emails, phone system and voicemail regularly. We have also added new and distinct extensions to our phone system that will allow for direct access to our Personal Lines and Commercial Lines departments while they are working remotely. However, email will remain the most effective way of communicating.
Our goal, as is yours, is to help reduce the possible risk of spreading COVID-19 among our employees, customers and the community at large while maintaining a high level of service with limited to no disruption. Respectfully, we ask for your patience during this difficult time.
The actions we are taking effective immediately are as follows:
We are keeping up to date with information from New York City and State, along with other Governmental agencies, including but not limited to the World Health Organization (WHO), and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and as those directives change, so shall ours.
Please do your part, by not visiting our office or sending physical mail to us and utilize the other methods mentioned above. While we will do our best to maintain a minimal physical presence at our office to manage incoming mail and communications, it will be more efficient and effective to have things scanned and emailed or faxed rather than sent via direct mail.
Please note that coverage cannot be bound or altered via our voicemail or email unless confirmed by RPM Insurance Agency or insurance carrier directly.
