Frank Picciurro Jr., CPCU is a principal and the Chief Executive Officer of

Russo Picciurro Maloy, LLC. Frank joined the firm in 1986 and became a partner in 1988. He is responsible for the operational, financial and regulatory interests of RPM Insurance Agency. Frank is licensed as an insurance producer in a number of states, including New York, New Jersey, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Florida, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Texas, Vermont and Virginia.

As a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of America, Frank has served as IIAANY State Director, IIAANY Media Liaison, IIAASI President, IIAASI Director and IIAASI Legislative Chairperson. He has served on the IIAANY Industry Image Task Force, IAAC Non-Dues Revenue Task Force, and the Down State Insurance Council. In 1997, Frank Received the IIAANY "Young Agent of the Year" award.

As an insurance agent, Frank was a member of and participated in the Aetna Life & Casualty Great Performers Club, the Travelers Small Business Advisory Council and the Peerless Insurance Presidents Club. In addition, he is currently a member of the CPCU Society, the Professional Insurance Agents of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and New Hampshire, the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of New York and the Applied Systems Client Network, ASCnet

After graduating high school, in 1978, from Christian Brothers Academy, Lincroft, Frank attended Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison, and in 1982 received his Bachelor of Science college degree in business. He is a graduate of POHS Institute, The Hill School of Insurance, The Aetna Life & Casualty Commercial Insurance School for Agents and the American Institute for CPCU. Frank was awarded and holds the professional designation "Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter." In 1999 he was recognized under the Continuing Professional Development Program of the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters Society and awarded CPD certification.

He resides with his wife Cindy and their two children in Millstone Township, New Jersey.

Mark E. Russo is President of Russo Picciurro Maloy (RPM) Insurance Agency located at 1000 South Avenue Staten Island, New York 10314. RPM is Staten Island’s largest and oldest Independent Insurance Agency established in 1886. Mark joined the firm in 1989 and became a partner in 1994. Mark manages company relations as well as the sales, marketing and advertising for the firm. Mark was named The Young Agent of the Year for New York State in 2004. He is licensed as an insurance broker in New York and New Jersey.

• Mr. Russo served as President of the South Shore Kiwanis Club in 1994-95 and 1996-97 receiving Distinguished President status in the 1994-95 term; he is the currently on the Board of Directors.

Edward J. 'Ted' Maloy IV
(Vice President)

A principal and vice president of Russo Picciurro Maloy (RPM) Insurance, Edward J. (Ted) Maloy IV is responsible for attracting and securing new business for Staten Island's largest independent insurance agency.

A primary commercial lines producer for the Chelsea-Bloomfield-based company formed in 1999, Mr. Maloy has been in the insurance business for 19 years. In 1989 he joined Maloy Agency, a company started by his great grandfather.

Mr. Maloy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with a minor in Management from Manhattan College. He achieved the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) in 1994, and has been active in National Association of Certified Counselors for the past 14 years.

He is a member of the Professional Insurance Agents Association of New York and New Jersey (PIA), BUCKS Business Network, board of managers of the Staten Island YMCA, as well as its Broadway Committee, and a board member of the Warren Jacques Memorial Committee. In addition, Mr. Maloy is the immediate past president of the Rotary Club od Staten Island, and current board member of the organization.

Mr. Maloy has also served on numerous fund-raising committees for various Staten Island organizations, including A Very Special Place, Staten Island Zoo, Staten Island Historical Society, Staten Island Botanical Gardens, Staten Island Chamber of Commerce, and Staten Island Institute of Arts & Sciences.

He resides with his wife, Tracey Porpora, and daughter, Ashley, in the Grasmere section of Staten Island.
